Many sections of the website are available only to Association Homeowners and Renters. To log into the Members Only section:
 

• Click on the "Sign Up or Log In Here" button located at the top left

• A Member Log in screen will appear
  If you are new to the site, click on "Sign Up" and follow the prompts

• Complete the fields, including your name, email, and street address. Also choose a unique password (make note of this for your records).

• Click "Submit". Our webmaster will be notified of your request and will reach out to you to verify access to the website.

Note: When registering for access to the website you will be asked for your email. Your email address and the password you choose will be visible only to the website administrators. You may change your password at any time. 

In the "My Account" section (visible in the left side menu once you are registered), you have the option to include additional information. This too, will be visible only to the website administrators for communication purposes.

Communication between neighbors 
The Providence Community is a friendly environment with lively communication between neighbors. We seek to maintain a list of contractor recommendations on our Vendor List page; we also encourage folks to use Nextdoor to review local contractors for work on their home. We also maintain a NextDoor Group at: nextdoor.com/g/i6n0bv3xn/

​Note: the default setting within Nextdoor connects you to groups all over town. To narrow the scope, adjust the preferences in your account section de-selecting the various add-on groups. You may find it necessary to adjust these preferences every six months, as the NextDoor app routinely resets this preference.
